TEARDOWN When disassembling highly sensitive aircraft components, the BLUFIX teardown center takes special attention. We go above and beyond to ensure that our customers are able to obtain as much material and value as possible from their assets.
TEST Our innovative testing services enables our technicians to test Accessories for airworthiness and formulate the finest scope for our customers' needs. We can test everything from electrical power to pneumatic components to ensure they are reliable when it counts.
INSPECT To measure contours, curves, and other complex geometries, our team uses coordinate measurement machines with an error of less than one thousandth of an inch. We can also use Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) to detect anomalies that are not visible to the naked eye.
REPAIR BLUFIX utilizes modern technology and computer power. We use CNC and CAM technology on Curvic Grinders, 5-axis Mills, and vertical turning centers to achieve the highest technological precision possible. We will return your aircraft parts to the air as soon as possible.
